Switch membrane

TEKO can provide the enclosures with membrane keyboards, polycarbonate membranes and PVC foils to let customers obtain a final products already arranged to accept the printed circuit. Tailor-made solutions are usually evaluated upon receipt of the following information: TEKO part-number, Colour code, LED or display windows, number of push buttons, quantity, graphic sketch, applications environment (indoor or outdoor, possible contact with chemical substances, influence of atmospheric conditions). We usually require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) about 100 pieces. Lower quantities are possible thanks to modern digital printing technology that guarantees high quality result and low investment.

BACKLIGHTING:
 
Backlighting in a membrane keyboard refers to an integrated light source (usually an LED) positioned beneath or within the membrane layers; it illuminates the keys from below, making them visible in the dark or in low-light environments.

Diffused or LED lighting: Light is distributed evenly through the keyboard's flexible structure or via individual LEDs dedicated to specific zones or keys.

Key transparency: Key symbols or outlines are printed on semi-transparent material to allow light to pass through.

Primary purpose: To improve keyboard readability during night use, gaming sessions, or in dimly lit industrial settings.
 
DIGITAL PRINTING:
Using digital printing for the graphic layer of membrane keypads offers exceptionally high quality and sharpness of lines and graphic details, as well as millions of colors and gradients.
Digital printing also allows for the creation of alphanumeric serial codes.
LASER CUTTING:
We use laser cutting to cut and trim our membrane keypads; indeed, the non-contact thermal cutting method of the CO2 laser is the ideal tool for materials such as membranes, sheets, and films, capable of producing an extremely smooth, high-precision cut edge.
